iGiveCatholic is back! We’re joining the national iGiveCatholic campaign, but raising support for our Catholic Center.
This year, our goal is to raise $30,000 during this campaign period to subsidize the cost of renovations to our basement. These renovations will include the addition of a reading and library space, new furniture, and painting. This goal would ensure we maintain our vibrant, welcoming, and intellectually enriching space for our students and community.
We rely exclusively on the financial support from our broad network of alumni and friends of the Catholic Center. Your contribution will make a lasting impact. Any amount is greatly appreciated!
iGiveCatholic is an annual day of giving. The Catholic Center partners with the national iGiveCatholic Campaign which is specifically designated for Catholic causes and initiatives. Our campaign (through iGiveCatholic) will benefit the Georgia Tech Catholic Center exclusively.
iGiveCatholic is a two-week campaign that raises money for something within the Catholic Center. This year’s campaign will support the Focus Missionary Fund. Just like any other event, this campaign is separate from regular giving in that it calls upon our entire community to rally in support of a particular need at the time.
CHECK: You may send your check to our address 172 4th Street NW Atlanta, GA 30313 with #iGiveCatholic in the memo. We advise you to send your donation by November 18 so it arrives on time.

#iGiveCatholic is a fundraiser, and there are expenses as there are with any other fundraiser held in person such as a dinner, gala, etc. The convenience of donating through a giving day platform with special features and extra security measures incurs fees. These online transaction fees contribute to the cost of secure financial transactions, responsive tech support, customizable marketing materials, tailored training, one-on-one support, and other behind-the-scenes components enabling us to focus our time and effort on our mission. All online donations will be paid to the organization net the host, platform, and ACH or credit card transaction fees. ACH fees are 3.3% plus $3.00. Credit card transaction fees are 5.8% plus $0.30. Donors have the option to cover these fees at the time of donation, and they will receive a tax deduction on the full donation amount, inclusive of any fees covered. Offline gifts of cash and checks given directly to the organization incur no online transaction fees.
Yes, your gift to the #iGiveCatholic campaign is tax-deductible. You should receive an electronic receipt for tax purposes sent to the email you provide upon making your gift.
There is a minimum donation of $10 if you donate through our Campaign page.
