Hey y’all! My name is Henry Loehrer, and I’m grateful to be serving as the treasurer at the CC this year.

I’ve gone to Catholic school since I was in kindergarten, so I knew that I was going to get involved at the Catholic Center as soon as I stepped foot on campus as a freshman. The CC is like another home to me, and it has completely transformed my faith since coming to Tech. Through the sacraments, prayer, and fellowship, the CC has deepened my faith in ways I never expected and has challenged me to take my spiritual life seriously while living with joy.

What I love most about the Catholic Center is that it’s a place where the faith is lived intentionally. The CC community pushes each person to live in holiness, while supporting students through college life at Georgia Tech. It’s been a blessing to be a part of this community, and I look forward to giving back to the place that has shaped me so profoundly.

In my free time, I like to read, go hunting, or watch a good movie. When I’m not in class or studying at Scheller, you’ll probably find me in the adoration chapel, hanging out in the lobby, or playing pickleball at Peter’s. If you see me around the CC or on campus, don’t hesitate to say hi – I’d love to meet you. I’m looking forward to walking alongside y’all this year.
